NOTE: Winnipeg defeated the Moose Jaw Millers four games to two, with one tie, in the western semifinal, but lost to the Penticton V’s, three games to two, with three ties in the Patton Cup final.

Penticton went on to win the 1954 Allan Cup, edging the Sudbury Wolves in a best-of-seven set  that went the distance.
