TBJHL: 1981-82

The Thunder Bay Burger King Kings competed in the four-team Hockey Thunder Bay League with the Thunder Bay Twins (senior) Bay Beverage Blazers (intermediate) and Lakehead University Nor’Westers (CIAU).

The junior side won the HTBL title, defeating the Twins in the final.

NOTE: The Platers swept the Pembroke Lumber Kings in four straight in the eastern semifinal, defeated the Moncton Hawks four games to one in the east final, but lost in a four-game sweep to the Prince Albert Raiders in the 1982 Centennial Cup final.
